SPICY PEPPERONI PIZZA ON PANETTO GLUTEN-FREE CRUST
Are you a spice nut like us? In this post we turn some regular store bought pepperoni into a zesty, spicier experience. Here’s how we’d do it:
INGREDIENTS:
Panetto crust (or a panetto pepperoni pizza)
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
Onion
Anaheim peppers
Jalapenos (jar)
Chili pepper sauce (Huy fong with the rooster, old godmother Lao gan ma, or similar.)
Black pepper

I removed the pepperoni from the packet included and put it in a small bowl. At this point, I also added some black pepper to the pepperoni. If you don’t need THAT much spice, this is optional.

Cut onion, anaheim pepper and add to pepperoni bowl.

Add chili sauce (seen above) and jalapeno juice (plus jalapenos if you desire) and mix.
STEP 4:
Add sauce and cheese to pizza (Skip this step if you were starting with a frozen pepperoni pizza that was already sauced and cheesed)

Dump your bowl and place pepperoni and toppings on pizza in whatever formation you desire. As you can see below, I also added some parmesan. I put my one single jalapeno in the middle.

STEP 6: Add some extra mozzarella cheese to seal in the goodness.
